I understand that by filling out this application AquaSport is in no way obligated to offer me employment. I certify that the facts set forth in my application for employment are true, correct, and complete. I understand and agree that any misrepresentation or false statement on this application shall be considered sufficient cause for immediate discharge. I understand that I must meet a set of CORE requirements (as presented to me at the time of my application) before I will be considered for employment.

I authorize AquaSport to investigate any of the information contained on this application, including, but not limited to criminal history, and all aspects of previous employment. Any former employer listed on this application may release to AquaSport any information concerning any disciplinary report, letter of reprimand or other disciplinary action taken against me by said former employers.

I understand that I will be required to successfully complete a medical examination before employment, (including drug and alcohol testing) as required by the company. I release AquaSport, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all liability whatsoever arising out of the drug screening and decisions made concerning my application for employment or continued employment based on the results of the analysis.

If hired, I agree to conform with the rules and regulations of AquaSport. I further agree and understand that either the company or myself may terminate my employment and compensation at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. I further understand that no one has the authority to enter into any agreement for any specific period of time, or to make any agreement contrary to the foregoing.
